Psalm 16 
"My whole being rejoices..."

I was able to spend a couple of hours at a bookstore yesterday... by myself!!! Glory! Being able to sit, listen to some worship music ("Hidden in my Heart" by Scripture Lullabies... some of the only music I have downloaded on my phone, but it is such a peaceful and relaxing album), and read/journal in my Bible was so refreshing to this Momma's heart. 

I have set the Lord always before me;

because He is at my right hand, 

I shall not be shaken.

Therefore my heart is glad,

and my whole being rejoices;

my flesh also dwells secure.

- Psalm 16:8-9

My physical body hasn't been feeling like it should, but I will continue to trust that He is at my right hand and my whole being will rejoice.

All I took with me was my Bible and that little tub with my pencil, watercolor pencils, 2 waterbrushes, and 4 PITT pens (and a pillow for my back). Feel free to check out this post HERE for a detailed list of supplies with affiliate links. 

First I colored in my flower doodle.

Then I activated the pigment with a waterbrush.

And after letting it dry for a few minutes, I added detail with a pen.
